Our Apartment

The apartment was completed in August 2016 and is completely renovated. Our modern apartment can accommodate two to four persons on 37 square meters.

• Cozy living-dining room with kitchenette
• Kitchen with stove and oven
• Fridge-freezer, water cooker, coffee maker, toaster etc.

• Free Wi-Fi
• sofa bed with quality mattress for a possible 3rd and 4th person
• Dining area with table and three to four chairs
• Baby travel cot and high chair available if required
• Underfloor heating
• Sliding door to separate the bedroom from the living area

• Animals are not allowed.
• It is an absolute non-smoking apartment.

Prices:

• 60€ to 80€ for two persons
• each additional person 10€ to 20€

Cleaning:
After completion of the accommodation the apartment should be left clean. If the cleaning effort is significantly higher than that of a normal cleaning, 30 Euro have to be paid in addition for the cleaning effort.

Parken:
The parking spaces inside the old town are limited and also expensive. The apartment is only 3 minutes from an outdoor parking (P5 Bezoldweg). Find more information: Parking in Rothenburg

Damages:
Should occur in the apartments damages caused by the guest, usually the guest’s liability insurance bears the costs. The guest is liable for all persons accompanying him. If there is no liability insurance, the guest is personally liable for the damage.
